The Junior Full Stack Developer will support the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and software systems. This role involves working with both front-end and back-end technologies to build scalable and user-friendly applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to code development, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve their technical skills.

1. Technical Development & Solution Implementation

• Assist in building scalable and secure MERN-based applications (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js, including modern features such as React Hooks, Zustand/Redux, and Next.js where applicable.
• Support the development of RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.
• Write reusable, modular, and maintainable code that follows established coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior developers in system design discussions and contribute to creating technical and architecture diagrams.
• Assist in selecting appropriate frameworks, libraries, and tools based on project requirements.
• Help maintain architectural consistency across application components and services.
• Contribute to database design and development using MongoDB, including:
• Writing aggregation pipelines
• Query optimization
• Support database performance tuning, indexing, and schema optimization.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Implement and follow best practices for application security, code quality, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across both front-end and back-end systems.
• Continuously improve technical skills and stay up to date with modern web development practices and tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in software development or relevant internships.
• Basic understanding of full stack development principles.

Technical Skills

Front-End
