Job summary

NeoDx Biotech Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a QA/QC professional to perform day-to-day QC on RT-PCR products for production lots. The role focuses on maintaining compliance with quality standards and accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced biotech environment.

You will work closely with the Production Manager and Head of QA/RA to implement QC protocols, analyze trends, and support internal and external audits, while ensuring timely NCs/CAPAs and adherence to ISO 2859-1 standards.

Qualifications

• QC experience in RT-PCR diagnostics.
• Strong documentation and data record-keeping.
• Knowledge of ISO 2859-1 and QA/QC processes.
• Ability to work with QA/RA teams.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day QC for production lots.
• Run QC protocol and report to Production Manager.
• Perform trend analysis on QC data.
• Create QC acceptance criteria with QA/RA.
• Create QC records and perform initial review.
• Support audits and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Perform day-to-day QC against RT-PCR products/molecular diagnostics for production lots.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Key personnel in the execution of the QC protocol and reporting to the Production Manager and Head of QA/RA.
• Performing trend analysis against the performed QC data.
• Creating QC acceptance criteria along with QA/RA, if required.
• Create QC records and perform initial review.
• Implement NC & CAPAs for QC related NCs.
• Assisting in Quality and Regulatory audits.
• Ensuring compliance against the QC specific ISO standards such as ISO 2859-1, etc.
• Perform any other QA/QC tasks assigned by QA or Production Head when required.
