Flextronics - The Flex Company in Chennai is seeking a Junior Executive – Program Management to support global program management activities. You will coordinate reports, track commitments, and liaise with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Management and 0–3 years in PM, preferably in manufacturing. Proficiency with ERP tools (Baan, SAP) and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management or equivalent is required.
• 0–3 years of related PM experience; 1–3 years preferred in manufacturing PM domain.
• Experience with ERP tools (Baan, SAP) and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on program management reports from offshore GBS and Site Customer Focus Team.
• Oversee/coordinate program activities with inter-departments to ensure commitments are met.
• Track metrics and drive actions based on results within GBS/Site Customer Focus Team.
• Maintain documentation across various stages of the program lifecycle.
