Job summary

CorroHealth in Hyderabad, India, seeks a dedicated Release of Information (ROI) specialist to process medical records requests following HIPAA policies. You will review authorizations and ensure compliant disclosures across patient, attorney, insurer, APS, Esquire, or government requests.

Responsibilities include retrieving records from EMR/EHR systems, paper charts, and legacy systems; applying redactions as needed; maintaining confidentiality; and documenting actions to support audit trails

Qualifications

• Experience handling ROI requests and HIPAA policies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external requestors.
