The role requires 3–5 years of site experience, BE/MEng/PGDCPM qualifications, and strong skills in AutoCAD and MS Office. Join a dynamic team handling diverse site activities with a focus on quality and safety.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in BE or higher with 60%/CGPA as applicable.
• 3–5 years of site execution experience on construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office for documentation and planning.

Position description: To execute all site activities as per planning with line,level, quality & safety within timeline.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 1) Detailed study of drawing and specification.2) To coordinate with sub-contractor supervisor & contractor for weekly planning of site execution.3) Planning, Checking & monitoring of all finishing activities based on drawings & specifications and also take corrective action, if required and also report to concern person. 4) Material requirement review, planning & highlighting of shortages to the Project Manager.5) Supervision of all activities like fabrication, texture, plumbing, flooring, waterproofing, painting, masonry, plaster, putty, carpentry work etc.6) Coordinate with quality control department for quality inspection on regular basis.7) Reporting and submitting planning to Execution I
• C & project managers 8)Ensuring all safety compliance at site level.9) Provide technical trainings (TBT, Quality, and Safety) to sub-contractors.10) Preparing productivity reports of all site activities.11) Maintaining housekeeping during work & after work at all site areas.12) Planning & managing labour management and report to concern persons.13) Coordinating with electrical engineer for electrical points at site level.14)Fulfilling client requirement for all site activities.15)To coordinate with all site departments as per site activity.16) To execute all site activities as per safety & quality parameters.
