Notion Press Media in India is hiring for a hands-on developer who loves AI-assisted coding. You will write robust features, test thoroughly, and wire up AI agents to automate manual work.

Qualifications

• Solid fundamentals in Python, PHP and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases.

• Two or more real projects you can walk us through, ideally with AI agents.
• Hands-on with at least one agent SDK/framework (Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, CrewAI, or n8n).
• Experience tuning agents: prompt design, tool calling, and simple evals.
• Tester’s mindset with habit of automating repetitive work.

About the role Writing code is the easy part now. Almost anyone with an AI assistant can do it. We're hiring for the person behind it: someone curious, careful enough to catch when working code is quietly wrong, and restless enough to automate anything they do twice. You'll build features, test them like you're trying to break them, and wire up AI agents to take manual work off our plate.
