Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including OEMs, manufacturing units and suppliers.
• Create and maintain day-to-day documentation, including VA/VO processes.
• Conduct market research by gathering information from online and offline sources.
• Prototype assemblies and perform testing with lab equipment.
• Analyze electrical and electronic components for quality and compliance.
• Create test jigs based on testing requirements.

Objective of the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operations management, managing cross-functional teams, electronic parts and components analysis, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such OEM, Manufacturing units, suppliers etc.
• Documentation: Create and maintain day-to-day documentation, including VA/VO process (variant application /ordering).
• Market research: Capturing relevant information of competitors from online/ offline sources. Research includes feedback from consumers.
• Prototyping & Testing: Assemble prototypes and conduct testing using lab equipment.
• Part analysis: Analysis of electrical and electronic components.
• Jig creation : test jig creation based on test requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (EE), or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience.
