Job summary

BPR Infrastructure PVT LTD is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer for a site-based project in Lekhawada, Gujarat. Freshers or engineers with up to two years of experience will learn site execution, quality control, and project management under senior engineers.

Location: Lekhawada, Gujarat. Salary as per company norms with accommodation provided; immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• Freshers (0-2 years) welcome for 2026 passouts.
• Willing to work at site in Lekhawada, Gujarat.

Responsibilities

• Site Execution: assist in excavation, PCC, RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring per approved drawings and IS codes.
• Quality & Testing: assist concrete cube casting, slump test, IS 456/1199/516 checks, maintain daily progress and quality checklists.
• Billing & Documentation: help in measurement books, RA bills, material reconciliation; prepare site reports and maintain records.
• Planning & Coordination: assist in bar bending schedule (BBS), coordinate with store, safety, QA/QC teams, ensure PPE compliance.

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Civil Engineers for our ongoing project at Lekhawada, Gujarat. This is a great opportunity for freshers and engineers with up to 2 years of experience to learn site execution, quality control, and project management under senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Site ExecutionAssist in day-to-day site activities: excavation, PCC, RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooringEnsure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and IS CodesCoordinate with masons, bar-benders, carpenters, and subcontractors
• 2. Quality & TestingSupport in concrete cube casting, slump test, steel checking as per IS 456, IS 1199, IS 516Check line, level, and dimensions during executionMaintain daily progress reports and quality checklists
• 3. Billing & DocumentationHelp in measurement books, RA bills, and material reconciliationPrepare daily site reports, manpower reports, and work progress photosMaintain drawing registers and site instruction records
• 4. Planning & CoordinationAssist senior engineers in bar bending schedule BBS, quantity calculationsCoordinate with store, safety, and QA/QC teamEnsure safety norms and PPE compliance at site

Required Skills
