Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve results.
• Analyze marketing data to refine content and campaign strategies.
• Manage recruitment processes: posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specs.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Coordinate with vendors for samples, catalogs and setup meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:
