Job summary

Qualifications

• Portfolio or writing samples showcasing versatility across digital, print, or campaign media.
• Excellent command of English, with strong grammar, syntax, and storytelling.
• Industry awareness in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Communications is a plus.

Role Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and curious Junior Copywriter to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will transform insights into compelling stories that help our clients attract and retain top talent.

In this role, you will work closely with our strategy, design, and account teams to draft crisp, impactful copy across a wide variety of formats—including employer value propositions (EVPs), digital campaigns, video scripts, social media, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities

• Copy Generation: Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy across multiple formats—including campaign copy, social media posts, career sites, internal communication collaterals, video scripts, and presentation decks.
• Tone & Voice Adaptation: Quickly grasp and adopt distinct brand voices tailored to various client industries, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with designers, strategists, and account managers to translate creative briefs into sharp, narrative-driven ideas and campaigns.
• Research & Storytelling: Uncover nuances in client cultures, talent market trends, and employee stories to draft authentic messaging that resonates with candidates and employees.
• Proofreading & QA: Review and edit all content for grammatical precision, tone, clarity, and adherence to style guides before client submission.
• Feedback Integration: Take constructive feedback from senior creatives, strategists, and clients, rapidly iterating copy options to refine the final output.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in copywriting, content writing, or corporate communications, preferably within a branding, advertising, or marketing agency environment.
• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, PR, or a related media field is preferred.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or writing samples showcasing versatility, strong headlines, and storytelling across digital, print, or campaign media.
• Language & Grammar: Exceptional command of the English language, with meticulous attention to grammar, syntax, and punctuation.
• Industry Awareness: A basic understanding of or strong interest in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Communications is a plus.
