Job summary

Arting Digital Private Limited in Noida invites a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience to lead key Finance & Accounts activities.

You will manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support budgeting, cash flow management, and statutory compliance across GST, TDS, ITR, and Ind AS. The role requires ERP proficiency (Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, Tally) and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• CA with 2–4 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance.
• Hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and reconciliations.
• Experience in AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and month-end closing.
• ERP/Accounting tools such as Zoho Books, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or Tally.
• Strong Excel skills and basic financial modelling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.

• Prepare financial analysis, profitability reports, and other reports for management.

Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience to support and manage key Finance & Accounts activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

Required Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances.
• Hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and reconciliations.
• Experience in AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and month-end closing.
• Working knowledge of ERP/Accounting tools such as Zoho Books, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or Tally.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and basic financial modelling knowledge.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a SaaS, IT, technology, or product-based company.
• Exposure to SaaS revenue recognition and subscription-based business models.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business finance.
• Exposure to investor reporting, fundraising, or due diligence activities.
• Strong business acumen and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
