Job summary

Coditude is seeking a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer in Pune with 3+ years of experience to maintain and enhance AWS production environments and deployments.

You will work with our DevOps team on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation), monitoring, and security practices to ensure reliability and performance.

We are looking for a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud

infrastructure management. The candidate will work closely with our existing DevOps team to maintain

and improve AWS production environments, support application deployments, troubleshoot infrastructure

issues, and ensure system reliability, security, and performance.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on AWS experience, a good understanding of CI/CD pipelines,

Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and scripting, along with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and

automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Monitor production environments, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, and assist with root cause analysis.

Essential Technical Skills

• AWS: Hands-on experience with EC2, RDS, VPC, IAM, ALB/ELB, Auto Scaling, CloudFront, and AWS CodeBuild/CodeDeploy or equivalent AWS deployment services.
• Networking: Understanding of VPC architecture, public and private subnets, routing, security groups, NACLs, DNS, and load balancing.
• CI/CD: Practical experience building or maintaining pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or equivalent tools.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or similar tools for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Monitoring and Logging: Experience with CloudWatch or equivalent tools for monitoring metrics, analyzing logs, configuring alerts, and troubleshooting issues.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to investigate and resolve infrastructure, networking, deployment, and application-related issues.
• Security: Familiarity with IAM policies, access management, secrets management, SSL/TLS, and cloud security best practices.
• CDN, DNS and WAF: Working knowledge of CDN, DNS, and Web Application Firewall concepts.
• Databases: Basic working knowledge of PostgreSQL administration; MySQL familiarity is an advantage.
• Scripting and Automation: Basic to intermediate scripting skills in Python and/or Bash.
• Production Support: Understanding of application deployments, production monitoring, incident management, and service reliability.

• Experience identifying and implementing AWS cost-optimization opportunities.

• Exposure to workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
• Awareness of cloud cost-management practices for AI/LLM API usage.
