Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or creative environment.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Director and Senior Designers in developing creative concepts and campaign designs.
• Create artwork for print advertisements, brochures, leaflets, posters, packaging, POS materials, and digital media.
• Adapt existing campaign creatives into multiple formats and sizes as per media requirements.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• Coordinate with copywriters, client servicing teams, and production vendors to execute creative projects.
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production.
• Make revisions based on internal and client feedback within specified timelines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
