Job summary

Media Express is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our advertising team in Ranchi. You will craft branding, outdoor advertising, print media, retail branding, social media, and corporate communication materials that align with client guidelines and brand identity.

You will prepare production-ready artwork, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong typography, color and layout skills for print and digital media.
• Experience preparing production-ready artwork for signage and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Design artwork for hoardings, banners, flex and print materials.
• Create branding and in-shop/outdoor advertising designs.
• Develop concepts based on client brief and brand guidelines.
• Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, resolution and color profiles.
• Make revisions based on client feedback and approvals.
• Coordinate with BD, Production and Operations to ensure accurate execution.
• Create social media creatives, presentations and digital marketing materials as needed.
• Organize design files and versions for easy access.
• Ensure text, logos and colors are accurate before delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our advertising agency. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for Branding, Outdoor Advertising, Print Media, Retail Branding, Social Media and Corporate Communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative artwork for Hoardings, Banners, Flex, Signages, Brochures, other print materials.
• Create designs for retail branding, in-shop branding, vehicle branding and outdoor advertising campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with correct dimensions, resolution, color profiles and bleed specifications.
• Make artwork adaptations and modifications based on client feedback.
• Coordinate with the Business Development, Production and Operations teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Work on social media creatives, presentations and digital marketing materials when required.
• Maintain proper organization of design files, source files and artwork versions.
• Ensure accuracy in text, spelling, dimensions, logos, colors and other design elements before final delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, color combinations, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of printing, signage and outdoor advertising production will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and prepare production-ready files.
• Good creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
