Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 13 years of relevant experience in architectural design and 3D modelling.
• Experience in Real Estate, Architecture, or Construction industry preferred.
• Strong visualization and design presentation skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D architectural models for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Create realistic renderings and visual presentations for design reviews and client presentations.
• Assist in preparing working drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, structural engineers, and MEP teams to incorporate design requirements.
• Update architectural models and drawings based on design revisions and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and design standards.
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.
• Support site teams by providing design clarifications whenever required.

Position Summary
