Role Description

The Junior Architect will support the design and delivery of architectural, interior, and landscape projects, working closely with senior architects and project managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting with design development, coordinating details, and contributing to presentations and documentation for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role involves site visits, collecting design inputs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The Junior Architect will also help integrate sustainable design principles and participate in project reviews and client meetings as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirunelveli.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for design and visualization (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools), with basic understanding of Software Development or Integration considered an advantage for workflow and visualization solutions.
• Capability to assist in Project Management tasks such as documentation, scheduling support, coordination with consultants, and tracking design deliverables.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, building materials, and construction methods relevant to residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; eligibility for professional registration is a plus.
• Attention to detail, strong visual and technical communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tirunelveli, with flexibility to visit project locations as required.
