Job summary

Career Path HR Solution is seeking a Junior Architect to support architectural design, drawings, documentation, and site coordination for projects from Goregaon office to project sites. The role requires attention to detail and ability to coordinate with consultants and field teams.

Candidates should hold a B.Arch with minimum 1 year experience; familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is essential, and knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) is mandatory.
• M.Arch. or relevant additional qualification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing concept, design development, working and detailed architectural drawings.
• Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Assist in preparing presentation drawings, 3D views and architectural presentations.
• Support the preparation of drawings based on DCR requirements and FSI calculations.
• Coordinate with Senior Architects, consultants and project teams.
• Assist in coordinating with structural and MEP consultants.
• Prepare and update GFC drawings based on consultant inputs and site requirements.
• Conduct site visits and site measurements and report design/execution issues.
• Coordinate with site teams for design clarifications and drawing requirements.
• Review drawings and ensure accuracy before submission or issue.
• Assist in project documentation, approvals and architectural coordination.
• Ensure drawings and project deliverables are completed within timelines.
