Responsibilities

• Design layouts, elevations and façades.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Junior Architect based in Mumbai. We are looking for a well rounded professional to assist in the design and execution of Affordable Housing Projects and Redevelopment projects in Mumbai region.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include designing layouts, elevations and facades, drafting working drawing sets, conducting site visits to ensure execution is as per design, co-ordinating with consultants and stakeholders, and maintaining project deliverables.

Active collaboration with client team and external consultants is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

B.Arch Degree from Mumbai University or equivalent.

2D drafting skills, 3D modelling, rendering, preparation of presentation drawings skills are necessary.

Clear Communication and Co-ordination skills.
