Job summary

Arch Point Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a Jaipur-based architecture, interior design, and project management consultancy, is seeking a Junior Architect to join the design team.

You will support senior architects across design development, drawing production, and site coordination, gaining hands-on exposure to live projects from concept through execution. The role requires a B.Arch with 0–2 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong portfolios welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software (Lumion/V-Ray) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, working drawings, and design presentations under the guidance of senior architects.
• Support concept design, space planning, and 3D visualization for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit as required by the project.
• Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, and project management teams to ensure design consistency.
• Participate in site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve on-site design queries.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
• Research design trends, materials, and construction techniques to support project development.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with statutory building norms and regulations.
• Support timely completion of deliverables in coordination with project timelines.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our design team. The role involves supporting senior architects across design development, drawing production, and site coordination, while gaining hands‑on exposure to live projects from concept through execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
