Space Wire Tech in Bengaluru is hiring a Junior AI Content & Creative Operations Executive to manage end-to-end content creation and publishing for our consumer apps. You will brainstorm ideas, produce AI-generated content across formats, and publish assets to app dashboards with proper categorization and tagging.

The role emphasizes independent ownership, creativity, and timely content updates in a WFO setup. 0–2 years experience and immediate joiner are preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy Junior AI Content & Creative Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end content creation and publishing process for our consumer-facing mobile applications, including BhaktiLok ,CashAlert, Meratune etc

The role involves brainstorming creative concepts, identifying trending content opportunities, producing different types of digital content using AI tools, and managing the complete process of getting these creatives published on our app dashboards.

Content formats will include short-form videos, music, ringtones, wallpapers, devotional content, audio, images, and other engaging digital experiences.

We are looking for someone who can independently take an idea from concept to creation and ensure the final content is properly organized, uploaded, and published within our applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Ideation & Strategy

• Brainstorm fresh content ideas across different formats, including short-form videos, music, ringtones, wallpapers, devotional content, audio, and visual collections.
• Research trending topics, content formats, music styles, and user interests.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new content categories and improve the content experience within our apps.
• Develop creative concepts based on the target audience and individual app requirements.

2. AI-Powered Content Creation

• Use AI tools to generate music, songs, background scores, ringtones, voiceovers, sound effects, images, wallpapers, and videos.
• Conceptualize and create short-form videos, animations, and other engaging digital content.
• Write prompts, scripts, captions, titles, and descriptions for different content formats.
• Experiment with new AI tools and creative workflows to improve content quality and production efficiency.
• Edit, refine, and finalize AI-generated content to ensure it meets publishing standards.

3. End-to-End Creative Production & Publishing

• Take complete ownership of the content production process, from ideation and creation to final publishing.
• Prepare and optimize creative assets in the required formats, resolutions, sizes, and specifications.
• Upload and manage videos, music, ringtones, wallpapers, images, and other content through our internal app dashboards or CMS.
• Ensure content is properly categorized, tagged, titled, described, and organized.
• Schedule and manage regular content updates across different app sections.
• Verify published content within the apps and ensure it is displayed correctly.
• Maintain content libraries and ensure timely updates and replacements whenever required.

4. Content Quality & Improvement

• Ensure all published content is relevant, engaging, accurate, and of good quality.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve user engagement.
• Explore new content formats and continuously bring fresh creative ideas to the team.
• Coordinate with product and design teams to execute content requirements.

AI Tools & Skills

Familiarity or hands-on experience with the following tools will be preferred:

• Suno AI: Music, songs, background scores, and ringtone generation.
• ElevenLabs: AI voiceovers and text-to-speech.
• ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini: Content ideation, scripting, and prompt generation.
• Canva / AI Image Generators: Wallpapers, backgrounds, and visual assets.
• AI Video Generation Tools: Short-form videos, animations, and creative production.
• Cleanvoice or similar tools: Audio cleaning and enhancement.

Knowledge of additional AI tools and content management platforms will be an advantage.

What We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in AI content creation, digital media, creative production, or similar roles.
• Strong creative thinking and content ideation abilities.
• Hands-on interest in AI-powered music, video, image, and audio generation.
• Understanding of digital content trends and different content formats.
• Ability to manage the complete content lifecycle independently.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to experiment, learn new tools, and take ownership of deliverables.

What We Expect: Someone who can think of new content ideas, create them using AI tools, finalize the creatives, and independently manage their upload and publishing through our app dashboards. End-to-end ownership is key.
