Job summary

Ambrane India is seeking an Accounts professional in Kundli, Haryana to manage daily accounting operations and ensure timely invoicing and document verification. The role requires 2+ years in accounts and proficiency in standard accounting software, with strong Excel skills for MIS reporting.

The candidate will coordinate with vendors to collect invoices and supporting documents, gain knowledge of job work processes, and handle import-related basics as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts and a B Com degree.
• Proficiency in Tally/Busy/SAP accounting software.
• Good knowledge of advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and E-way bills.
• Preparation of monthly Reconciliation and MIS Reports.
• Coordination with Vendors and ensure their timely submission of Invoices with supporting documents for verification and processing.
• Knowledge of the Job Work process.
• Basic knowledge of the Import process.
