Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Accounting / Finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in tax compliance and tax return preparation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with different teams for bank statements, bills, invoices and financial reports.
• Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze financial variances and provide relevant insights to support business decision-making.
• Manage tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Handle GST-related activities, including GST reconciliation, preparation and filing of GST returns, and ensuring timely compliance.
• Manage TDS-related activities, including TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, return filing and maintaining relevant records.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
• Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting and reporting requirements.
