Job summary

TalentAhead in Mumbai is seeking an accounting professional with 1–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure statutory compliance.

You will work with Navision, Tally ERP, and MS Excel, perform bank reconciliations, assist in AP/AR, and prepare MIS reports and financial statements. Collaboration with auditors and internal teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in Accounting & Finance.
• B.Com / M.Com required.
• Experience with Navision is mandatory.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF and Professional Tax.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
• Bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is mandatory.
• Assist with GST, TDS, PF, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel preferred.
