Navigate Virtual CFOs is seeking a Junior Accountant to support core accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, revenue recording, and bill entry. The role involves AP/AR reconciliations, supplier remittances, and liaison work for data updates and email communications.

The ideal candidate will have B.Com or M.Com plus Inter CA, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily financial tasks, supporting timely financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in commerce or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and GL entries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and record revenue, bills and expenses across ledgers.
• Handle AP/AR reconciliations and supplier/customer data updates.
• Draft emails to clients and liaise with internal/external parties for payment processing.

TheJr. Account Executive role is one of the most crucial in the organisation.Beginning with bank reconciliations, and continuing to supplier and customerreconciliations, this is the beginning of the financial statements. It isimperative that this role operates at the highest standard.

Thisrole entails coding of all bank and AP/AR transactions, liaising with staff andexternal parties.

CoreAccounting Work:

• Bank Recs
• Recording revenue
• Bill entry
• AP supplier reconciliations
• AR reconciliations
• Expense claims
• Approval max follow ups

Liaisonand record production work:

• Supplier remittances
• Update supplier contact details andbank verification
• Import data – Bank statement lines,client refunds
• Email responses for the above
• Draft emails to send to clients –for review by AE
