Job summary

DIBS India DBU is looking for qualified candidates based in Thane, Maharashtra. Applicants must be either undergraduates or graduates from a recognized institute, with a minimum tenure of 9 months in their current role. Performance ratings should reflect meets or exceeds expectations and attendance must not exceed 2 NCNS in the last 3 months.

The selection process includes a panel interview, and candidates must complete all mandatory training modules applicable to their current grade or role before applying.

Job Eligibility Criteria

• Tenure: Grade 1: 9 months and above in the current role; SME: 9 months from DOJ.
• Performance Rating: Cumulative rating of Minimum Meets Expectations & Exceeds Expectations in the last 6 months; no Below Expectations rating in any of these 6 months.
• Attendance: Not more than 2 NCNS in the last 3 months.
• Other: Not on an active EDP / DAP / PEP / Action Pointers process; if redeployed to a new process, must complete a cooling period of 9 months before applying for any IJP.

Qualification

• Undergraduate/Graduate from a recognized Institute or University in any discipline.

Mandatory Training Completion

• Must have completed all mandatory training modules applicable for the current grade/role, as on the application closure date.
