Job summary

Toprankers Edtech Solutions Private Limited through Judiciary Gold offers an opportunity to lead academic strategy for Judicial Services aspirants, designing curriculum and mentoring students across prelims, mains, and interview stages.

You will deliver offline and online lectures, conduct doubt-clearing sessions, and build study materials, test series, and model answers while coordinating with Academic Heads and content teams to ensure measurable improvements in outcomes.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate/Graduate in Law; LLM preferred and judiciary exam qualification or strong teaching track record in judiciary prep is a plus.
• Demonstrated command over core law subjects tested in judiciary exams (CrPC, CPC, IPC, Evidence Act, Constitution, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of offline and online lectures for Judiciary Prelims and Mains.
• Design/update study material, notes, and question banks aligned to current exam patterns across target states.
• Mentor students on strategy, time management, and exam temperament; own batch-level results.
• Coordinate with Academic Head on batch planning, scheduling, and resource allocation; work with content/design teams for study material production.
• Provide input to marketing on academic credibility content (webinars, YouTube, promotional sessions) if required.

Judiciary Gold is Toprankers' flagship vertical for Judicial Services (PCS-J) exam preparation across states, covering Prelims, Mains, and Interview stages.

Role Purpose

Lead subject-matter delivery and academic strategy for Judiciary Services aspirants — designing curriculum, delivering high-impact lectures (offline/online), mentoring students, and ensuring measurable improvement in test performance and selection ratios.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Content Delivery

• Deliver lectures for Judiciary Prelims and Mains (Substantive Law, Procedural Law, Constitutional Law, and state-specific statutes as applicable)
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, answer-writing workshops, and mock interview panels
• Deliver both offline (centre) and online (live/recorded) sessions as required

Content & Curriculum Development

• Design/update study material, notes, and question banks aligned to current exam patterns across target states
• Develop test series content and model answers for Mains answer-writing
• Track syllabus/pattern changes across state judiciary exams and update content accordingly

Student Mentorship & Outcomes

• Monitor student performance through tests and assignments; provide targeted feedback
• Mentor students on strategy, time management, and exam temperament
• Take ownership of batch-level result outcomes (selection ratio, test score improvement)

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work with Academic Head and Centre Heads on batch planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with content/design teams for study material production
• Provide input to marketing on academic credibility content (webinars, YouTube, promotional sessions) if required

Required Qualifications

• Postgraduate/Graduate in Law (LLM preferred); judiciary exam qualified or strong teaching track record in judiciary prep is a strong plus
• Minimum 3–5 years teaching experience in Judiciary/Law exam coaching (adjust per seniority target)
• Demonstrated command over core law subjects tested in judiciary exams (CrPC, CPC, IPC, Evidence Act, Constitution, etc.)
• Prior experience preparing students for specific state PCS-J exams is preferred
