Job summary

HOSHŌ Digital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a UI/UX Designer to understand business requirements, craft user experiences, and create UI designs and interactive prototypes.

You will work closely with product, business, and development teams to deliver high-quality interfaces for responsive web and mobile applications. The role requires hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory) and knowledge of design systems, plus familiarity with frontend concepts and multi-language readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Proficient in Figma (mandatory).
• Experience with wireframes, mockups, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Experience with responsive web/mobile design.
• Experience collaborating with developers and QA teams.
• Strong understanding of design systems and reusable components.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic frontend concepts.
• Experience with enterprise/business applications is preferred.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create user flow diagrams and wireframes.
• Develop UI/UX mock screens and high-fidelity designs.
• Produce interactive Figma prototypes and design systems.
• Deliver UI/UX testing and validation reports.

About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, creating user experiences and UI designs, developing interactive prototypes and mock screens, and collaborating closely with product, business, and development teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces.

Technical Skills

• Figma – mandatory.
• Figma components, auto layout, variants, styles, prototyping, and design systems.
• Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop – good to have.
• Wireframing.
• User flows and information architecture.
• UI mockups and high-fidelity design.

Responsive Design

• Experience designing for desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Understanding of different screen resolutions and breakpoints.
• Knowledge of responsive layouts, grids, spacing, and component behavior.

Multi-language And Localization

• Understanding of localization challenges, including text expansion and contraction, varying character lengths, and language-specific layouts.
• Knowledge of right-to-left (RTL) language support.
• Understanding of font and typography considerations for different languages.

UI/UX Testing Responsibilities

• Review and validate UI/UX designs and developed screens for visual consistency.
• Verify responsive behavior across different devices and screen resolutions.
• Validate navigation, user flows, and overall usability.
• Check accessibility, alignment, spacing, and typography.
• Ensure component consistency across the application.
• Verify compatibility with light, dark, and custom themes.
• Check multi-language and localization compatibility.
• Ensure accurate implementation of designs by the development team.

Soft Skills

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into simple, effective user experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple design requirements and priorities.
• Confidence in presenting designs and explaining design decisions to stakeholders.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a user-focused approach.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Experience working on responsive web and/or mobile applications.
• Experience collaborating with developers and QA teams.
• Good understanding of design systems and reusable components.
• Experience with enterprise/business applications is preferred.
• Strong understanding of usability and user-centered design principles.
