Job summary

Altois in Mumbai is seeking a motivated Junior Software / Web Developer to join our team. You will build and maintain websites, web apps, integrations, and automation workflows while collaborating with developers, designers, and marketing.

You will convert UI designs into functional pages, write clean code, and work with APIs and CRM integrations like Pipedrive and Make.com to streamline processes. 0–2 years’ experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Understanding of responsive web development.
• Basic knowledge of PHP, Node.js, Python, or any backend language.
• Basic understanding of MySQL or other databases.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control.
• Basic knowledge of hosting, domains and server concepts.
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms will be an advantage.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software / Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good foundation in web development, strong problem-solving skills, and an interest in automation and CRM technologies.

The candidate will work closely with developers, designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop, maintain, and improve websites, web applications, integrations, and automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update responsive websites and web applications.
  
• Write clean, structured, and maintainable code.
  
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional and responsive web pages.
  
• Troubleshoot website issues, identify bugs, and implement fixes.
  
• Integrate APIs and third-party applications as required.
  
• Assist in developing and maintaining CRM and marketing integrations.
  
• Work with Pipedrive CRM for basic configuration, integrations, data management, and workflow requirements.
  
• Create and manage basic automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms such as Make.com .
  
• Connect different applications and services using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
  
• Assist in automating repetitive business and marketing processes.
  
• Work with databases and perform basic database operations.
  
• Optimize websites for performance, usability, and basic SEO requirements.
  
• Coordinate with the marketing, creative, and client servicing teams to understand technical requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation of development work, integrations, and automation workflows.
  
• Stay updated with new web development, automation, and integration technologies.
  

Requirements

• Understanding of responsive web development.

CRM & Automation Skills

• Basic understanding or hands-on exposure to Pipedrive CRM .
  
• Familiarity with Pipedrive pipelines, deals, contacts, activities, and basic automation.
  
• Awareness of Make.com or similar no-code/low-code automation platforms.
  
• Understanding of how applications can be connected through APIs, webhooks, or automation tools.
  
• Ability to understand a business process and identify opportunities for automation.
  
• Experience creating simple workflows in Make.com will be an advantage.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering , or a related field.
  
• 0–2 years of experience in web development, including internships or freelance projects.
  
• Candidates with personal projects, GitHub repositories, or a development portfolio are encouraged to apply.
  
• Experience with Pipedrive, Make.com, Zapier, or similar CRM/automation tools will be an added advantage.
