Codersh is seeking a detail-oriented Junior QA Executive to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of our websites and applications. You will test features, identify bugs, and collaborate with developers to deliver reliable products.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of QA/testing experience, solid understanding of testing concepts, and the ability to write clear bug reports. This role offers a balanced schedule with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in CS/IT or related field.

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior QA Executive to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of our websites and applications. You’ll test features, identify bugs, and work closely with developers to deliver a smooth, reliable product.

Key Responsibilities

• Test websites/applications for functionality, usability, and performance
• Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Verify bug fixes and conduct basic regression testing
• Maintain simple test cases/checklists for ongoing projects

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts (functional, regression, UI/UX testing)
• Ability to write clear bug reports and test cases
• Understanding of web/mobile responsiveness testing
• Attention to detail and pattern recognition

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress)
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Bugzilla)
• Basic understanding of API testing (Postman)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS to communicate technical issues clearly
• Exposure to e-commerce or WordPress/Shopify platforms

Soft Skills
