Support the execution of social media activities to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and assist in generating leads while maintaining a positive online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Support content planning by helping create and maintain content calendars.
• Create engaging and relevant content including posts, captions, images, reels, and short videos.
• Monitor social media platforms and respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
• Help drive traffic to website and landing pages through social media promotions.
• Track basic performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth and prepare reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams for campaign execution.
• Assist in managing online reputation by monitoring reviews and feedback.
• Support competitor tracking and share observations with the team.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
