The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and tech‑savvy individual to join our IT team as a Jr. Desktop Support Engineer. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end‑users, ensuring that all desktop systems, hardware, software, and peripheral devices function efficiently.

The Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices.
