AECOM is seeking a Jr. Billing cum Costing Engineer Aviation to support billing, quantity verification, cost monitoring, and commercial documentation for airport development projects across civil, electrical, MEP, or airport systems. The role reports to the Sr.
Billing cum Costing Manager and collaborates with project teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5–10 years of relevant experience, with aviation exposure preferred.

The Jr. Billing cum Costing Engineer Aviation shall report to the Sr. Billing cum Costing Manager and support billing, quantity verification, cost monitoring, and commercial documentation for assigned airport development projects within their respective discipline (Civil, Electrical, MEP, or Airport Systems). The role involves verification of contractor bills, quantity measurements, cost tracking, commercial records management, and coordination with project teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and cost control.
