You will contribute to drawings, detailing, and client presentations while coordinating with the senior architects, the 3D visuals team, and on-site consultants to ensure designs are realized accurately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and RAAC registration.
• Experience with AutoCAD and architectural detailing.
• Strong knowledge of allied services and general architecture.

Responsibilities

• Draft drawings and detail designs as directed by seniors.
• Coordinate with the 3D team for visuals and site consultants.
• Prepare client presentations and update on design progress.
• Assist Project Architect with on-site coordination.
• Support Sr. Architect with design development.

Responsibilities:

• Drawing:
• - Detailing the designs given by seniors in the team.
• - Complying with HSA Standards.
• - Preparing Creative updates
• Co-ordination:
• - Co-ordination with 3D team for visuals.
• - Co-ordination with Consultants on site.
• - Clarifying doubts of draughtsman on drawings.
• Presentation:
• - Making PPT presentation for client.
• - Including innovative ways to present the design to the client.
• Assisting:
• - Assisting the Project Architect with co-ordination on-site
• - Assisting the Sr. Architect with Designs

Skills Must Have:

• e.g., Project Management: Knowledge of AutoCAD Software, Knowledge about allied services, Thorough knowledge of architecture.
• e.g., Problem Solving: Involvement in Project, Openness to learn, Creative, Accuracy

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree of Architecture
• Essential: Registered Member of Council of Architecture.
