Job summary

Kaufman Rossin seeks an entry-level Application Access Administrator to support first-line provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes. You will manage licenses, assist with onboarding, and document actions in the ITSM tool.

You will work in a hybrid setup from Bengaluru, collaborating with peers in the US and contributing to knowledge bases and audit activities. 1–2 years of IT support experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS admin portals and user provisioning.
• Understanding of user access concepts (roles, permissions, least privilege).
• Experience with ITSM tools like Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Handle first-line access provisioning — create accounts, assign licenses, and group membership.
• Perform deprovisioning — remove access and complete offboarding steps.
• Triage straightforward access change requests and escalate complex ones.
• Provide password resets, account unlocks, and basic SSO troubleshooting.
• Document each action in the ITSM system and support onboarding processes.
• Monitor support queues and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Assist with IT audits and access review preparations.

Entry-level application administration role. Handles first-line access requests, routine user provisioning and deprovisioning, license tracking, and application support — building platform knowledge under the guidance of the Mid-Level Application Administrator. A hands-on role from day one — real systems, real users, real consequences for getting access right. Every ticket completed and every record kept accurately is a real contribution to keeping KR running

How You’ll Contribute:

First-Line Access & Provisioning

• Process routine provisioning — creating accounts, assigning licenses, adding users to groups, setting permission levels per access Matrix


• Process deprovisioning— removing access, reclaiming licenses, disabling accounts, completing every offboarding checklist step without shortcuts


• Handle straightforward access change requests — escalated complex or non-standard to Mid-Level Administrator


• First-line access support - password resets, account unlocks, SSO troubleshooting for standard issues


• Document every access action clearly in the ITSM tool

License Tracking & Records

• Maintain license inventory records — update seat counts when users are added/removed, flag platforms approaching limit


• Identify and flag dormant accounts — escalation for review rather than acting unilaterally


• Assist with renewal preparation — pull utilization data for assigned platforms ahead of deadlines


• Keep application registry entries current for assigned platforms

Support & Documentation

• Support new user onboarding — access confirmation, self-service documentation, login verification


• Monitor IT support queues — triage and acknowledge tickets within SLA


• Contribute to IT knowledge base — document solutions to common access issues you resolve


• Support access review preparation and IT audit activities

What Skills You’ll Bring:

• 1–2 years IT support, helpdesk, or IT administration experience


• Basic familiarity with SaaS admin portals — creating user accounts, assigning licenses


• Understanding of user access concepts — roles, permissions, least privilege


• ITSM tool experience — Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or equivalent


• High attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed


• Excellent written and spoken English for stakeholder communication, technical documentation, and vendor interactions


• MS-900 or any IT certification preferred or working toward
