Job summary

Job Vista is hiring Junior Accountants across Gujarat to keep books clean and support daily entries, billing and basic tax records. This is a good first or second step in an accounting career with hands-on work in Tally and Excel.

Locations include Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad and Navsari, with opportunities to grow into senior accountant, accounts executive and finance roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; commerce students and CA/CMA inter candidates encouraged.
• B.Com degree preferred; Tally course certificate welcome.
• Internship or articles training experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record daily purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries in Tally or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and check sales and purchase invoices and match them with delivery challans.
• Maintain party ledgers and follow up on outstanding balances with the senior accountant.
• Assist with GST data, e-way bill details and monthly return preparation.
• Reconcile bank statements with cash book entries and flag differences.
• Keep vouchers, bills and files organised for audit and the chartered accountant.
• Support year-end stock and balance checks by preparing schedules and supporting papers.

Every trading and wholesale business needs clean books, and Job Vista is hiring Junior Accountants across Gujarat to keep them that way. This is a good first or second step in an accounting career, with hands-on work in daily entries, billing and basic tax records.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries in Tally or similar accounting software.

Who can apply

Fresh graduates are welcome and experienced junior accountants are encouraged to apply. A B.Com degree is preferred; commerce students, those pursuing CA or CMA inter, and candidates with a Tally course certificate are also welcome. Candidates who have completed internship or article training are particularly welcome.
