Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Ahmedabad is seeking an entry-level Finance/O2C professional to support invoicing, cash application, and master-data maintenance, ensuring compliance with GST and Indian regulations.

You will work with ERP systems (SAP/D365) and collaborate with the O2C team to ensure accurate receivables and timely cash flow.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in Finance/O2C (freshers may apply).
• Basic understanding of accounting and GST.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP exposure (SAP/D365) preferred.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices, credit/debit notes, and cash receipts in ERP.
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
• Assist with customer account reconciliations and account statement preparation.
• Maintain customer master data, including payment terms and credit limits.
• Support GST-compliant invoicing, e-invoicing, and e-way bill activities.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
• Follow SOPs, internal controls, and elevate discrepancies when required.

Role Summary

Support the O2C team in customer invoicing, cash application, account reconciliations, and maintenance of customer records while ensuring compliance with company policies and Indian statutory requirements.
