  • Compare reporting exceptions against risk management systems and Commodity Futures Trading Commission reporting requirements.
  • Remediate reporting issues within required regulatory rewrite service level agreements.
  • Escalate unissued or unexecuted documents promptly and with clear supporting detail.
  • Enhance current processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support timely reporting.
  • Educate middle office partners on incorrect booking practices and their downstream impacts.
  • Strengthen working relationships with internal counterparts, including middle office and trading.
  • Resolve issues through investigation and follow-through in line with business standards.
  • Produce weekly management information and monthly control packs for senior management.
  • Interpret management information to identify trends, spikes, and emerging risks.
  • Execute testing that supports system enhancements, project implementations, and new business initiatives.
  • Recommend control improvements by identifying gaps that affect efficiency, effectiveness, and reporting timelines.

As a Rates Derivatives Regulatory Reporting Analyst within the Rates Trading team, you manage complex product coverage and shifting priorities to help deliver accurate, timely regulatory reporting.

  • Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
