The Cluster Head – Structural Design is responsible for leading and governing structural design for multiple projects within the cluster. The role ensures safe, cost-effective and code-compliant structural solutions, drives design standardization, and manages consultants and internal teams to deliver high-quality structural design outcomes aligned with business objectives.

• Ability to design structural foundations and earthworks using geotechnical modeling. Conducts SBC/pile capacity analysis, ground improvement, and earth pressure calculations. Validates lab results with field tests and recommends compaction procedures for backfilling.
• Ability to utilize knowledge of engineering principles, mathematical analysis, material behavior, design standards, performance criteria, and project-specific requirements to perform structured and traceable computations that inform, validate, and support engineering design decisions, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound, functionally effective, compliant with applicable regulations, and aligned with the overall objectives and constraints of the project.
