Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India is seeking an experienced electronics repair engineer for Mumbai/Vadodara locations. You will perform hands-on component-level repair of multilayer industrial PCBs and diagnose complex faults using standard test equipment.

Applicants should have 7-15 years of experience, BE/Diploma/ITI in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechatronics, and familiarity with PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives and power electronics. On-site role with strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on component-level repair of multilayer industrial PCBs.
• Diagnose complex electronic faults using diagnostic tools.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives and power electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic PCBs to component level.
• Repair and service PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives and industrial controllers.
• Perform SMD and BGA soldering and PCB rework.
• Read schematics and interpret datasheets; maintain technical documentation.

Experience- 7-15 Years

Educational Qualification- BE/Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical or Mechatronics

Candidate Must have hands-on component-level repair of multilayer industrial PCBs. Must diagnose complex electronic faults using multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR meter, bench power supply and repair /testing equipment. VFD, PLC, HMI, SMPS, power electronics and industrial instruments experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic PCBs to component level
• Repair and service PLC,HMI, VFD, Servo drives, power supplies, industrial controllers and automation equipments
• Perform SMD and BGA solderning, PCB rework and component replacement
• Use diagnostic tools: Oscilloscope, multimeter, LCR Meter, Function Generator, logic analyzer & hot air rework station
• Read and interpret schematics, circuit diagrams and datasheets
• Ensure quality repairs and maintain technical documentation

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics
• PCB level troubleshooting and repair expertise
• SMD/BGA Rework, IC Replacement, MOSFET, IGBT, Power modules, Microcontroller circuit
• Experience with: Seimens, ABB, Schneider ,Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Danfoss, Yaskawa, Bosch rexrorth, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Fuji electric, Emerson, GE and more
• ESD safe working & industrial safety compliance
