Job summary

Youngsoft Inc in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Java Architect to lead enterprise application development and architecture in a US healthcare context. You will drive solution design, mentor teams, and engage directly with customers to deliver secure, scalable integrations.

The role requires 10–12 years' experience in enterprise development (6+ in architecture), a CS/IT degree, expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs, JMS, Kafka, and solid cloud/DevOps exposure;

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture, incl. at least 6 years in solution architecture or a similar technical leadership role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Mandatory: Working knowledge of the US Healthcare domain, including workflows, systems, data, and standards.
• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, enterprise integrations, messaging solutions (JMS, Kafka).
• HL7 and FHIR knowledge is highly desirable.
• Understanding of HIPAA and PHI data privacy and secure data exchange.
• Experience with React, HTML, and CSS; guide full-stack development when required.
• API security, SSL/TLS, authentication/authorization, and secure patterns.
• CI/CD, DevOps practices, version control, and application servers.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting enterprise apps in cloud environments.
• Strong architectural design, analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and mentor teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience working on US Healthcare applications involving providers, payers, patients, healthcare claims, clinical data, or healthcare administration.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and interoperability frameworks such as EHR/EMR, HL7 v2, FHIR APIs, and relevant healthcare integration patterns.
• Experience with healthcare data exchange, third-party healthcare platform integrations, and secure handling of PHI.
• Exposure to healthcare compliance requirements and integration with cloud-based healthcare platforms.
