Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and support contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
• Build AI-powered voice and chat bots with Bedrock, Lex, and Nova Sonic.
• Develop serverless apps using Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
• Implement RAG solutions using Bedrock Knowledge Bases and vector databases.

We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect & Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in designing and implementing AI-powered contact center solutions using AWS services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Bedrock, conversational AI, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
• Build and deploy AI-powered voice and chat bot solutions using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Nova Sonic.
• Develop and integrate serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using Bedrock Knowledge Bases and vector databases.
• Design and optimize IVR workflows, voice bots, chat bots, and agent-assist solutions.
• Integrate contact center platforms with enterprise applications and external systems.
