Job summary

Valentine Silver International, Sitapura SEZ, Jaipur, is hiring a Jewellery Product Developer (Merchandising & Collections) for full-time, on-site work. You will build collections from our stone inventory, track trends, brief CAD teams, and cost each piece to guide pricing.

You’ll also create modular ranges and present collections to buyers at international exhibitions. Location is Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur, on-site, six days a week.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in jewellery merchandising, product development, buying or assortment planning.
• Know gemstones: sizes, cuts, calibration, what can be substituted and what can't.
• Can cost a piece before it's made.

Responsibilities

• Build collections from stone inventory and create new ranges.
• Find new concepts by tracking trends online and on TV shopping channels.
• Brief design and CAD teams and follow samples to refine.
• Cost every piece including stone, weight, labour, setting, finishing.
• Build matching sets and modular ranges from a base component.
• Present collections with view on buyers and pricing.
• Represent us at international exhibitions and meet buyers.

Jewellery Product Developer (Merchandising & Collections)

Valentine Silver International | Sitapura SEZ, Jaipur | Full-time, on-site

We make about 100,000 pieces of 925 silver jewellery every month for retail and TV shopping clients across Europe and the USA, and launch around 2,000 new designs a month.

Behind every collection is one question: what should we make next, and who will buy it?

That's your job. This is a product and collections role, not order follow-up.

What you'll do

• Build collections from our stone inventory: look at what we have and see what it can become
• Find new concepts: track trends online, on retail sites and on TV shopping channels, and turn them into ideas we can make
• Get it developed: brief our design and CAD teams, follow samples, and refine until it's right
• Cost every piece before it's made: stone, silver weight, labour, setting, finishing
• Build matching sets and modular ranges, so one base component becomes many SKUs
• Present collections with a clear view on who buys them and at what price
• Represent us at international exhibitions: help prepare the range and meet buyers on the stand
