Job summary

Shrofile Technologies in India invites a Jewellery Merchandiser cum Buyer to lead sourcing, vendor development and costing for our jewellery lines. You will identify and onboard suppliers, negotiate terms and align with brand requirements.

This role focuses on supplier management, price point optimization, timely delivery and quality compliance across development to delivery, with market research to discover new sourcing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and onboard new jewellery vendors/suppliers.
• Source jewellery as per brand requirements, trends and price points.
• Negotiate prices, MOQ, quality, payment terms and delivery timelines.
• Compare vendor quotations and ensure competitive costing/margins.
• Manage vendor relationships and purchase orders from development to delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors for samples, new product development and corrections.
• Conduct market/vendor research and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure quality, timely delivery and commercial compliance.
