The role requires 1–3 years of jewelry design experience, mastery of CorelDRAW and Photoshop, and the ability to develop narratives from mood boards to final designs with strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in jewelry/design from NIFT or NID.
• 1–3 years experience in jewelry design.
• Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and 3D visuals.
• Ability to translate conceptual ideas into marketable pieces.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Jewelry Designer who blends artistic storytelling with technical precision to create exceptional jewelry collections. The ideal candidate is a master of narrative-driven design, capable of transforming abstract concepts into tangible, emotionally resonant pieces that captivate discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling story-driven narratives for each collection, weaving cultural, emotional, or thematic elements into cohesive design languages


• Lead conceptualization from mood boards to final design, ensuring every piece tells a meaningful story


• Generate form explorations and silhouettes that push creative boundaries while maintaining wearability and market relevance

Technical Design & Visualization

• Develop comprehensive technical sheets including specifications for dimensions, materials, stone settings, diamond weights and manufacturing notes


• Utilize CorelDRAW proficiently for technical drawings


• Detailed Color renderings


• Must know photoshop and have excellent presentation skills.

Presentation & Collaboration

• Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, clients, and production teams, articulating design rationale and storytelling with confidence


• Collaborate with merchandising teams to refine designs for production


• Maintain awareness of global jewelry trends, material innovations, and cultural movements to inform seasonal collections

Required Qualifications

Education Degree from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) or NID (National Institute of Design) or any other equivalent

Experience

1-3 years in jewelry design
