The Designer will be responsible for developing innovative jewellery collections that meet market trends and ensuring that designs align with brand standards.

With over 7 years of experience required in accessories design and a graduation in design from a premier college, the ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both handmade and machine-based jewellery techniques.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in accessories design.
• Strong understanding of Plain Gold Jewellery Design Segment.
• Thorough understanding of Handmade techniques and Machine based techniques.

Titan, a leading company in the jewellery industry, is seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our Design Excellence Centre in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Designer for our Jewellery department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and high-quality designs that align with our brand's vision and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design new jewellery collections that meet market trends and customer demands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to ensure designs are aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, materials, and techniques to incorporate into designs
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production
• Work closely with manufacturers to ensure designs are produced accurately and within budget
• Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are in line with brand guidelines
• Stay updated on industry developments and continuously improve design skills and knowledge

Work Experience

• Graduation in design from a premiere college
• 7+ years of relevant experience in accessories design
• Should have understanding of Plain Gold Jewellery Design Segment. Thorough understanding of Handmade techniques, Machine based techniques and CAD+Casting process for manufacturing of gold jewellery.
• Should have experience in driving and delivering projects from conceptual stage to final prototypes/products.
• Should be able liaison with Stakeholders as well as team members to deliver projects that contribute in maintaining industry leadership of Tanishq. Ideal candidate would be someone who is able to push the envelope on what all jewellery can be and is in tune with changing customer needs and desires.
