• Advanced, expert-level skills in CorelDRAW.
• Experience in leading a design team of 15-18 designers.
• Knowledge of metals and precious/semi-precious stones.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Generative AI design tools.
• Quick hand-sketching and manual rendering capabilities.
• Experience with reputed jewellery brands preferred.
• Strong understanding of jewellery trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• Develop innovative and commercially viable jewellery designs.
• Create design concepts and collections aligned with market trends.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Production, and Buying teams.
• Manage product development from concept to final design.
• Ensure designs meet quality, aesthetic, and production requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 7-8 years of jewellery design experience.

• Experience in leading and managing a designing team of approximately 15-18 designers.
