Job summary

Mployee.me invites a seasoned Consultant/Senior Consultant to lead jewellery merchandising initiatives in Delhi. You will plan and manage collections aligned with customer demand, monitor stock, and coordinate replenishments with designers, suppliers and sales teams.

You will analyze market trends, train sales staff, prepare performance reports, and ensure timely delivery of premium jewellery pieces. A strong eye for design and excellent negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in fashion/jewellery or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in jewellery merchandising or retail luxury goods.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery trends, materials, and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP tools for inventory and sales analysis.
• Attention to detail with a flair for design and aesthetics.

Responsibilities
