HD Management Consultants in Gurugram district seeks a Production & Manufacturing associate to master 5Why and 5W2H, and to grasp mechanical and electrical basics with CAD drawings. The role requires familiarity with TPM, TQM and TWI and involves handling all machines on the production line.

Selected candidates (DETs, freshers or operators) will receive on-the-job training to operate efficiently and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Master the knowledge of 5Why and 5W2H.
• Master the basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical; can understand CAD drawings.
• Knowledge of TPM/TQM/TWI.

Responsibilities

• Handle all machines on the production line.
• Train DET / Fresher / Operator as part of onboarding and skill development.
