Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an experienced JDE Functional Consultant to join our team in optimizing Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain implementations. You will lead production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop training and knowledge resources for end users.

The role requires strong SQL data analysis skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor/MBA with 7+ years in JDE Worldsoft A7.3 is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science/IT or MBA.
• 7+ years of experience with JDE Worldsoft A7.3 Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Strong understanding of Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience in business requirements analysis, gap identification, solution proposals and design development.
• Proficient in ERP data analysis using SQL tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with functional teams and business users.

Responsibilities

• Lead production support for JDE Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules. Identify and resolve complex issues while supporting end users and third-party interfaces, ensuring data integrity.
• Troubleshoot issues across Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules; identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Provide technical support to end users on JDE applications and address queries.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end users on relevant modules.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures; contribute to a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth application management.
• Develop simple to medium complexity SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis.
• Identify opportunities for performance and process improvements and participate in enhancements.
• Gather and document business requirements and analyze client processes for improvements using JDE modules.
• Develop Source to Target ERP mappings for data migrations involving the modules.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

We are seeking JDE Senior Sales & Distribution Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional experience in implementing and supporting JDE Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules. Also, preferred to have a strong background in application development, deployment and production support processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Support: Leading Production support for JDE Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules. Identifying and resolving complex issues while providing support to end users on JDE ERP application. Provide support third-party interfaces and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Order Management, Procurement and Supply Chain modules. Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
• User support: Providing technical support to end users on JDE applications, addressing queries and resolving issues.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
