Job summary

Algae Services is seeking an experienced JDE Sales & Distribution (SND) Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One. The candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, rollouts, and upgrades of JDE 9.1 or above, along with a good understanding of end-to-end business processes.

The role involves leading JDE SND implementations, coordinating with client SMEs, preparing FSDs, and guiding technical teams through customizations.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of JD Edwards experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of JDE Sales & Distribution.
• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, or upgrades on JDE 9.1 or above.
• Experience in implementation and rollout projects is essential.
• Good understanding of P2P, O2C, Inventory Management, and Transportation processes.
• Strong client-facing, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on JDE Sales & Distribution implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• Conduct business solutioning workshops with client SMEs and gather business requirements.
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and coordinate with technical teams on customizations.
• Create test scripts and perform functional testing.
• Work on end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
• Support Inventory Management and Transportation modules.
• Perform data migration, data validation, and system configuration.
• Provide end-user training and functional support during implementation and rollout activities.
